SCORCHED TAMARIND MAHOGANY CONSOLE TABLE ITEM #: CO08-062
DESCRIPTION: Using the the remaining byproduct of Tamarind wood, also commonly known as Madeira Mahogany, which is sliced for veneering, the remaining chopping block cuts of the tree and trunk end caps are utilized to form this eclectic console table.
The wood remains in its natural form and color, the edges are delicately scorched, then a light low gloss lacquer is applied to preserve and accent the design. Each table is a unique piece given that the wood used is preserved in its natural form.
The Tamarind blocks are mounted atop an antiqued pewter finished metal base with stretcher supports.
Coordinating mirror also available.
Designed by nature with a minimalistic design, each table is slightly unique given the high quality natural materials used. The materials are not prefabricated, but rather designed by nature, and crafted by hand.
